Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at the email below with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Reach out to us and we'll get it sorted quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
